Future of Work

We are re-imagining work in the consulting context: Wholly in the spirit of our Future of Work initiative, you are there for our clients whilst being geographically flexible – including remotely from home or from your Strategy& office, anywhere in the world. That way, you save on travel and CO2 and have more time to focus fully on your projects. Flexible work models such as leave of absence or sabbaticals also allow you to pursue personal projects. As a parent, you can have full responsibility even while working part time. Whatever works best for you.

Mentoring

To integrate you into day-to-day consulting from Day One, we put two mentors at different levels of experience alongside you when you join. They accompany you as you develop, support you in both specialty-related and personal matters, and they are there for you as your career progresses. 
Even as an intern, you are supported via mentoring during and following your time with Strategy&.

Learning and Development

As a consultant with us, you will continue to develop constantly and will never stop deepening your expertise – particularly through the close interactions in the team. We value structured training and development programs, innovative learning concepts, and strong practical relevance. We ensure subject diversity, for instance by offering you, as a MINT graduate, a multi-day MBA training course at St. Gallen University. You will acquire new competencies through deep dives, coaching, and on-the-job training. In addition, you have the opportunity to gain certification as an Agile Coach for innovative working methods in strategy consulting. 

Career Development

We want to offer all our employees the opportunities they need to express themselves in the best way possible. In our annual appraisal processes, all employees are evaluated against consistent and fair measures. We look out for every individual – we examine precisely what each person needs individually, and how we can support them in that. Our diversity champions support the annual appraisal process and are specially trained in unconscious bias, to ensure fairness and transparency. In addition, we guarantee equal pay at all stages in a career, and offer targeted mentoring. 

Female Leadership

As a female consultant at Strategy&, you have plenty of opportunities to actively pursue your career with us. Network with keynote female speakers driving transformation forward in a wide range of industries, at our Female Leaders event. Become part of our mentoring program for female colleagues, and interact with other aspirational women. Combining family and career 

At Strategy&, we combine professional and personal success so that you don't have to choose between family and career. A family-friendly culture is very important to us - that's why we support you in all phases of parenthood in balancing family life and career planning. We offer individual solutions on request: These include, for example, less travel, project assignments close to home or flexible working hours and much more.
