Why did you opt for a career with Strategy&? 
A friend made me aware of Strategy&. Due to her positive impressions, including of the corporate culture, I felt encouraged to apply myself. I was able to confirm what she had told me after I had worked as an intern at Strategy&: The strong team spirit and the collegiate way of working won me over. Moreover, Strategy& offers me not just the opportunity to develop myself as a professional, but also the chance to grow as a person. What does being an inspirational leader mean for you, and how can you live (and experience) that at Strategy&? 
Motivating employees and supporting them in the best possible way on their personal development path. For me, Strategy& is the ideal place for this, because we create an environment where employees are encouraged to be creative and to contribute innovative ideas and, right from the start, are given a large amount of personal responsibility.  

What gives you the most energy?
My day-to-day is made easier by colleagues I also enjoy spending my free time with – on a beach in Ibiza or the ski slopes in St. Johann. In addition to team dinners and office events, I am also personally very keen on the option of hybrid working, so that you can organize your own working day somewhat more flexibly, without losing the personal contact with clients.
