Why did you opt for a career with Strategy&? 
Strategy& proactively supports me in "thinking along" with my family. The Family & Career Program is just one example of this. Above all, I appreciate the openness and flexibility in my day-to-day work with my colleagues, which allows me to reconcile my career with my family.

What does being an inspirational leader mean to you, and how can you live (and experience) that at Strategy&? 
Someone once said to me that “good management is the right balance of over-confidence and modesty”. Precisely what that means is as varied as people themselves. At Strategy&, every day I am learning from strong role models – in my specialty, and also in how to handle other people.  

What gives you the most energy?
Good and clear targets! If I know why I am doing something, the energy comes by itself.
