Why did you opt for a career with Strategy&?
After studying, I looked for a job where I can master new challenges every day, develop as an individual and work with fantastic colleagues on current issues. Friends from my studies told me about the collegial and supportive environment at Strategy&. The respectful application process strengthened that impression, and I knew that I wanted to work here.

What does being an inspirational leader mean for you, and how can you live (and experience) that at Strategy&?
For me, inspirational leadership means trust, and a balance between being given independent responsibility and guidance. Integrity, open communication, and mutual feedback are fundamental to this. I experience these values daily at Strategy& – whether via project work responsibility or through our open feedback culture, which is anchored in processes and actively lived on both sides. 

What gives you the most energy?
As a handball player, I find my greatest balance in sport - be it training indoors or playing other sports such as beach volleyball or tennis outdoors. I also use my free time to do as much as possible with my friends and family, to discover new places in Vienna, or to travel.
