What does being an inspirational leader mean to you, and how can you live (and experience) that at Strategy&? 
For me, inspirational leadership means the ability to connect our day-to-day work with a bigger goal – which leads to improvements in the world around us and in ourselves too. One personal example is our work on global food transitioning – supporting the development of a future sustainable food system that lifts the value chain, from farming to food production, to the next level.  
 
In addition, at Strategy& our managers have the wonderful ability to motivate teams across all levels of experience and to nurture individual success. 

What gives you the most energy?
In my free time, I spend a lot of time in nature with my children - laughing with them gives me a lot of energy. During the vacations, I also like to go to our summer house in Sweden and read or learn about sustainable nutrition.
