Why did you opt for a career with Strategy&? 
I studied for my Master's degree at HHL in Leipzig and after my first consulting internship it became clear that this was exactly what I wanted to continue doing after graduation. My job interview with incredibly authentic, diverse and open colleagues convinced me to join Strategy&. The
solidarity and empowerment between colleagues as well as the varied projects are the main reasons why I am still here today, more than 5 years later. Strategy& has become a kind of family for me, where people support each other.

What does being an inspirational leader mean for you, and how can you live (and experience) that at Strategy&? 
For me, an inspirational leader is empathetic, honest, and encouraging. They are able to recognize the strengths of their team members and to expand these long-term, and they create a pleasant team atmosphere. At Strategy&, that is anchored in our values and processes – for instance, before each project we have our Project Closed Loop, to discuss mutual expectations.  

What gives you the most energy?
The best way for me to relax is hiking in the mountains or reading by one of Munich's many lakes. I also love to travel and so far I have mainly used our flexibility programs to take long vacations and get to know new cultures.
