Mothers-to-be can count on our full support from the start, and can rely on us to frame the project work to fit their personal preferences – including via individual time structuring or a reduction in travel. That way, they can remain a firm part of the project team even during this special time, and use our flexible work models to adapt their work to their individual needs.
Enjoying your role as a new parent
Strategy& supports you in a targeted way to combine the day-to-day of consulting with your new parental role. Even several months after birth, you have the opportunity as a mom or dad to reduce your workload, as we expressly encourage flexible work models with a set project invest – as such, we ensure that we best satisfy the needs of parents in their additional role, the aims of our clients, and the project team, for instance through making additional capacities available. A personal Family & Career Coach keeps parents in the loop even during the time they are away, helps colleagues and clients to keep in contact, and supports in onward career planning.
Combining family and career
success
We support parents in mastering the balancing act between family and professional life in the best possible way and offer the necessary flexibility. There are at least two options when organizing working time: We value clear planning and take personal preferences into account. As such, there is an opportunity to be deployed on projects close to home, or to collaborate on internal projects, so that travel is limited as far as possible or even eliminated entirely.
Of course, working moms or dads are also free to work with us on global projects too. There is also the option of working from home and gradually increasing your workload. Naturally, a wide range of career opportunities are also open on a part-time basis, to enhance career development. We offer personalized advice here on career planning and shaping.
