Your start and development with Strategy&

Take your career to the next level with us. We are happy to advise on your optimum entry level with us.

As an intern, you will work at Strategy& for two to three months, as a full member in our project teams. We generally try to offer you two different project deployments, so that your learning curve can be as steep as possible. An internship with us means taking on responsibility and gaining a realistic insight into the day-to-day business of a global top strategy consulting company.

Even after finishing your internship, we look to keep in touch with promising talents. That’s why we have our “Strategy& Talent” program.

As a master’s graduate, you start with us as an Associate Consultant. You support well-known clients in all project phases of corporate strategy consulting, are involved in strategy development as part of the team, and offer suggested actions for practical implementation. After around two years, you have the opportunity to take a one- or two-year MBA program or to be given work release for a period to complete a dissertation.

You shape your career at Strategy& yourself. You can indicate preferences for industry-specific and functional focuses to Staffing, and develop into a true expert over the course of your career.

As a new joiner, you will take part in a Europe-wide Onboarding training course, giving you a broad overview of Strategy& and establishing those early contacts with colleagues.

To prepare you perfectly for your career in strategy consulting, we offer you a multi-day MBA training course in conjunction with St. Gallen University right at the start. Here you will learn all the core consulting skills you need for successful project work.

For each level of your career, we offer a set of specific training courses. In addition, you can draw on an international training offering from the PwC network.

With us, there are plenty of opportunities to celebrate joint successes. For instance, as part of project team events, at our annual summer and Christmas celebrations, or at the international Strategy& Soccer Cup.

With us, international projects are a matter of course. In addition, subject to certain preconditions, you have the opportunity to work for an extended period in one of our international locations.

In our Women@Strategy& network, there are numerous opportunities to gain impulses for your own career planning and to profit from the interaction with female consultants at all levels.

Personal mentors are a key factor for your career. From Day One, we provide you with a Junior and Senior Mentor for your professional and personal development.

We live an open feedback culture. During and post-project, and in an annual appraisal process, you receive regular feedback as the basis for the next steps in your career.

Opportunity of MBA and PhD support: After around two years and subject to certain preconditions, you have the opportunity to take an MBA program or to be given work release for a period to complete a dissertation.

With us, and subject to certain preconditions, you can take an unpaid leave of absence to devote yourself intensively to personal projects for a given period.
