We are looking for graduates throughout the year for a permanent position as Associate or Senior Associate - depending on academic background and professional experience. You can launch your career with us in one of two ways: If you join as a generalist, you will first gather broad subject experience, and in the course of your personal development you will specialize step by step in certain industries and thematic areas. If, on the other hand, you are specifically interested in a functional subject area right from the start, you can join a functional strategy practice directly, for instance focusing on technology or operations, and rapidly develop into a specialist. After submitting your documents via our Job Portal and a successful check of your application by our Careers Team, we invite you to a virtual selection day. You will conduct up to four interviews, each comprising a one-to-one discussion and a case study. At least one of these interviews will be conducted in English. You will be told how you have got on immediately afterwards.
