What makes your internship with Strategy& special
To make your learning curve as steep as possible, we generally enable you to enjoy two different project deployments and try to take your staffing preferences for industry-specific and functional focuses into account as much as possible. You will also have access to numerous training programs and a mentor for your personal development during your internship.
Strategy& Talent Program
We want to stay in touch with our strongest talents even after the internship has ended - that's why we have developed our "Strategy& Talent Program". As a Strategy& Talent, you will regularly receive small gifts from us and have the opportunity to take part in exclusive networking and social events as well as topic-specific training sessions - we are constantly expanding our offer here. In addition, our consultants will continue to be available to you as mentors and coaches after the end of your internship. And best of all: as part of the Strategy& Talent Program, your application process for a later start at Strategy& will be accelerated.

After submitting your documents via our Job Portal and a successful check of your application by our Careers Team, we invite you to a virtual selection day. You will conduct a total of three interviews, each comprising a one-to-one discussion and a case study. One of these interviews will be in English. You will be told how you have got on immediately afterwards.
The good news first: We recruit all year round in our offices in Germany, Austria and Switzerland! However, please note the lead times and application deadlines stated in the job postings for your application before your desired date of employment with us. After submitting your documents, you will receive feedback from us latest after the application deadline has passed.
As well as the usual preparation for a presentation interview, you should prepare above all to solve case studies. Useful ways of preparing include books or specialist online communities. Beyond this, you can already exchange ideas at this stage with people from the consulting sector who inspire you, via your business network. In addition, we offer you further preparation and contact options before your selection day, which we will present to you in detail in the course of your invitation. For example, these include our case study preparatory workshop. Above all else, one thing is important to us: Be yourself! We are particularly keen to hear authentic insights, and look forward to getting to know the individual behind the application as well as possible.
Depending on how your internship progresses, there are various selection processes for a possible permanent position as an Associate.
If you impress us with your excellent performance during your internship, you will benefit from a shortened selection process as part of our Strategy& Talent Programme. If you are interested in joining us permanently as an Associate after completing your Master's degree and would like to initiate the process, simply get in touch directly with your known recruiting contact, who will be happy to discuss the current entry opportunities and next steps with you. Until then, we offer you interesting opportunities to stay in touch with us.
If you are not accepted onto our Strategy& Talent Programme after your internship, we will of course still be happy to receive your application - please don't let this discourage you. In this case, you will go through the regular application process.
