Under this, strategic framing concepts, organization-wide ESG transformation programs and analysis of sustainable growth potential are all brought to bear.
Working together, we advise various industries, sectors, and corporate divisions. Many of our consultants have a background in MINT and other disciplines. This expertise is massively important for us as a strategy consulting business.

As a strategy consultant, you will work in a dynamic team and can simultaneously draw on a global network of PwC experts to develop sustainable solutions together across the entire value chain. That way, with clear focus, you will be delivering new sustainability standards to the market and promoting the transformation of business and society. Thanks to targeted training, you will acquire further expertise, take on responsibility for developing the team, or make your contribution to our thought leadership studies. You will also expand your knowledge via internal ESG boot camps – and share it with others. Since sustainability is increasingly moving into the foreground, our ESG Strategy Team is also gaining in importance internally.

As a MINT graduate, we offer a multi-day MBA training at St. Gallen University, giving you an insight into all areas of strategic corporate management. This is in order to prepare you perfectly for your start in strategy consulting.

In the ESG Strategy Team, we tackle an extensive range of projects and issues. This ranges from strategic questions such as "How is a company-specific ESG strategy derived?" to company-specific questions like "At which level of the organization should the responsibility for ESG be located?" Major topics include Net-Zero Management, sustainable circular economy, and workforce transformation.
