Your career inour Financial Services Strategy Team
Financial service providers operate in a dynamic competitive environment, in part due to changed client expectations, new competitors (FinTechs), and continuous regulatory reforms. To be successful long-term in the market, companies need to develop continuously and realign their strategy. As the Financial Services Team at Strategy&, we work together with our clients on strategic issues, such as opening up new markets, digitization, operating model transformation, or deals.

Mutual support and continuous further development, for instance in the project team collaboration or on individual skills, is important to us within our Financial Services Team. As such, our consultants have the opportunity to take on responsibility for the team’s further development, to take on engagements in line with their areas of interest, and to drive forward exciting thought leadership studies relating to financial services.
