What was your route into the Financial Services team at Strategy&? 
Throughout my studies and various jobs, I repeatedly had contact with the field of Financial Services, particularly the insurance sector. After my studies, I began my career at the boutique strategy consultancy 67rockwell, which specializes in insurance. In 2021, 67rockwell was acquired by Strategy&, and since then I have been part of the Financial Services Team at Strategy&. I am very excited about the numerous opportunities and exciting projects offered to me here. 

What was the most exciting strategic issue you have worked on so far?  
While it was less of a classic strategic issue, the most exciting project I have been involved in so far was a Customer Journey project in the claims area – and that was several years before the hype around designing processes along customer journeys began. Together with a market research institute, we developed the entire methodology and interviewed affected customers in focus groups. The insights gained were extremely informative and remain an integral part of our project work to this day. 

What was the moment when you knew that it was the right decision to go to Strategy&? 
To be honest, I had a hard time finding my place in the organization at first. However, as we gradually integrated into the office and the Financial Services Team, achieved and celebrated joint successes, I realized that I was in the right place. The opportunities offered and the extensive network made a significant difference. Additionally, the practice and Strategy& have greatly supported me in my role as a young mother working in strategy consulting and pursuing a career. This support has shown me that I made the right decision.
