What was your route into the ESG Team at Strategy&? 
Before joining, I studied management and technology in Munich, Cambridge, and Stanford. During my studies, I covered exciting content on the subjects of sustainability, the circular economy, renewable energies, carbon capture and storage and entrepreneurship, and I wanted to apply the knowledge I had acquired in my job. The ESG Team at Strategy& has made precisely that possible.

What do you most value about working in the ESG Team? 
My colleagues in the ESG Team are intrinsically motivated. We are connected by the common goal of reducing climate change. That creates a highly positive working environment. Since our Practice is still relatively young compared to others, we have the opportunity to help in actively shaping issues. For instance, I often work on how circularity can be implemented strategically for clients. 

What has been your best moment (so far) in the ESG Team? 
As a passionate long-distance triathlete, I look forward a lot to joint training sessions or even competitions with colleagues. One example of this is this year’s Wings for Life Run, where we collected donations for spinal injuries and paraplegia. That was a fantastic experience!
