In our Technology Strategy Team, you will support international companies and the public sector on the most relevant technology issues of our time. We support the technology-based and data-driven transformation of entire business models and value chains, digital skills expansion, and the realignment of information technology to future-facing (digital) strategies.

You can expect an interdisciplinary team from the fields of (business) informatics, mathematics, natural sciences, technology and innovation management. Many of our team members also draw on their entrepreneurial background from the tech and start-up scene in their project work. In addition to our internal all-hands calls and regular physical practice meetings, team dinners, joint workouts and other events are often on the programme to make project work fun.

Join us in supporting companies in the Fortune Global 500 and DAX 40 in their digital transformation: With comprehensive technical and digital competence, specialist expertise and proven frameworks, we are ideally set up for this. We develop solutions for corporate strategy, organization, governance, restructuring, market entry, and more. As a team member, you will also contribute your knowledge in creating and publicizing academic studies for our thought leadership portfolio – and you will develop further every day, in Practice meetings and via specific training.

The Digital and Technology Strategy Practice supports our clients from strategy through successful long-term execution associated with digital transformation. Major themes within this include e.g., the use of data analytics in companies, the introduction of modern management measures, and robot-controlled automation processes. Alongside this, strategic questions such as “How can I realize competitive advantages through introducing a new agile operating system?” or “Which new technologies can I use to reduce operating costs?” are addressed. In this, the Digital and Technology Strategy Team acts as the interface between strategy and technology. A particularly exciting aspect is that, through working in the Digital and Technology Strategy Practice, you can dip into many different sectors, such as automotive, financial services, or retail and consumer goods.
