What was your route into the Digital and Technology Strategy Team at Strategy&?
Whilst studying, I started working in consulting and collaborating on projects in the technology field there. For me, it was interesting to see the extent to which the widest range of companies are engaging with similar questions around digitization. The fact that Strategy& offers the opportunity join the Digital and Technology Strategy team from the start was crucial for me.
 
What do you most value about working in the Digital and Technology Strategy Team?
The constant and close exchange with experienced colleagues in the Digital and Technology Strategy team is incredibly valuable, especially at the start of your career. Exchanging ideas across locations with experts at eye level who all have the same interest in current developments in the field of digitalization and technological progress is really instructive. The people in the Digital and Technology Strategy team make all the difference.
 
What was the moment when you knew that it was the right decision to go to Strategy&? 
My first project revolved around IT system alignment in a major telecommunications company, and although I had no experience in that industry before, I was received openly by the team. The trust and the responsibility given to me from the outset, together with the supportive team, quickly showed me that I was in the right place at Strategy&.
