What was your path to joining Strategy&’s Digital & Technology Strategy team? I joined Strategy&’s Digital & Technology Strategy team as a Professional Hire, having already gained consulting experience in digital strategy and global transformation programs earlier in my career. These experiences prepared me perfectly for working in a team specializing in Digital & Technology Strategy. Strategy& offered me the opportunity to further develop my expertise in a dynamic and challenging environment.
When did you know that joining Strategy& was the right decision? There have been several moments. The application process at Strategy& was already a very positive experience and felt like a genuine exchange on equal footing. From the very beginning, it gave me the sense that I was joining an environment that values excellence while fostering an inspiring working atmosphere. What do you value most about working in the Digital & Technology Strategy team? What I value most are the highly motivated teams I work with every day, as well as the trust-based relationships we build with our clients. I really enjoy collaborating with different personalities and working across such a wide variety of topics. This allows me to continuously learn new things and further develop my skills across different areas.
