As part of the Operations Strategy Team, you will support well-known international companies in various industries and sectors. In line with our comprehensive "Strategy through Execution" approach to consulting, we help to close the gap between operations strategy and anchoring this in the operative processes. Together, our constant focus is on the goal of supporting our clients in the biggest challenges of our time, and establishing ideal positioning with them.

You can expect an interdisciplinary team with a wide range of specialist backgrounds from the fields of engineering, economics, natural sciences or mechanical engineering. Many team members also have an entrepreneurial background from industry, the startup scene, or from freelance activity.

Become part of our team, comprising around 150 European strategy experts, and work with over 5,600 Operations experts in the global PwC network. Our best service includes securing competitive advantages through ESG-integrated strategies. Join us in advising two-thirds of the DAX 40 and 420 of the Fortune Global 500 on matters relating to strategic alignment.

Every year, we organize All Hands Operations Days and discuss the latest trends and the alignment of our Practice within Strategy&. We meet up for dinners and networking events at regular intervals.
