What was your route into the Operations Strategy team at Strategy&? 
My enthusiasm for Operations Strategy was formed over a number of client projects. I was particularly excited by developing a digitization strategy for a Swedish CPG manufacturer, a due diligence for a Brazilian cosmetics portfolio, and optimizing demand planning for an American food manufacturer. These experiences led me ultimately to join the Operations Strategy Team. 

What do you most value about working in the Operations Strategy Team? 
Above all, I find working with smart and sympathetic people on exciting and relevant issues exciting. The global market developments in the past two years have clearly demonstrated that Operations Strategy issues such as supply chains or raw materials and energy use have a key influence on our lives and our society. It feels good to support our clients on these issues. 

What was the moment when you knew that it was the right decision to go to Strategy&?  
I spoke with a lot of people back then, from various companies, both as part of the interview days and also via the uni network. Afterwards, I always asked myself if I would like to work with that person. The openness and sense of community at Strategy& stood out for me by some distance.
