What was your route into the Digital and Technology Strategy Team at Strategy&?
It came as a surprise to me that I would one day work in consulting: after graduating with a doctorate in semiconductor physics, I initially concentrated on research and development in MedTech. Through a conversation with a former physicist at Strategy&, I became aware of strategy consulting. Shortly afterwards, I applied and was able to start here.

What was the moment when you knew that it was the right decision to go to Strategy&?
In my first year, I learned the consulting methods on very different projects. In a project to develop a global location strategy for a tech company, we as a team had to combine all the methods and our knowledge of value creation in tech to find the answer. At that moment, I was sure that I wanted to continue learning this way and tackle the next questions.

What do you most value about working in the Digital and Technology Strategy Team?
From my first day, I have been impressed by the team culture and the togetherness in our Digital and Technology Strategy Team. We combine very different perspectives here, e.g. business, technology, digital startup, M&A. After many successful projects and mastered challenges, I know that I can rely on the team.
