What was your route into the Digital and Technology Strategy Team at Strategy&? Following my initial studies in business administration, I wanted to specialize in digitization, as I was excited by the variety of technical challenges in companies. I therefore completed a master's degree in business informatics and then wanted to combine my interest in strategic IT topics and enjoy consulting in my career: Strategy&'s Digital and Technology Strategy Practice offered me exactly that.
What was the moment when you knew that it was the right decision to go to Strategy&? The Digital and Technology Strategy Team is like one big family that has been with me since day 1 at Strategy&. We all have different profiles - from business innovation to statistics - but we are united by our enthusiasm for technology. This diversity helps us to work on an equally broad spectrum of IT and digital projects. This ensures that you never stop learning - and that's exactly what I enjoy.
What has been your best moment (so far) in the Digital and Technology Strategy Team? One highlight for me was the TS Recruiting Event Digitized in Madrid. Under the slogan of “Artificial Intelligence”, I supported well-motivated students on a case study and, as an Associate, I put a lot of work into preparing the content. The sunny weekend exceeded all my expectations – it was incredible fun to share my experience with the Digital and Technology Strategy applicants.
