Why did you choose a career at Strategy&? From the very beginning, what mattered most to me was that Strategy& truly combines strategic depth with the ability to turn ideas into action. I did not just want to develop concepts, but to make a real difference together with our clients, and that is exactly what I have experienced here since 2018. Working at the intersection of strategy and the PwC network gives me access to a breadth of projects and perspectives that I have not found elsewhere. I was also drawn to the culture: entrepreneurial and performance-driven, yet with a genuine team spirit that fosters collaboration across all levels.
What does being an inspiring leader mean to you, and how are you able to experience and embody this at Strategy&? To me, inspiring leadership is first and foremost about trusting people and giving them the space to grow beyond what they thought possible. It means providing clear direction while also listening, recognizing individual strengths and helping people develop them. At Strategy&, I can put this into practice every day because our culture enables genuine mentorship. I work closely with my teams, provide feedback as an equal and aim to lead by example through my own commitment and passion for our work. To me, leadership also means allowing room for mistakes and learning from them together rather than expecting perfection.
What gives you the most energy? What gives me the most energy is the moment when a team achieves a decisive breakthrough on a complex problem together. That collective “aha” moment is incredibly motivating. I am equally inspired by seeing younger colleagues grow and being part of their development. And, of course, the diversity of our projects keeps me energized: every engagement brings new challenges and the opportunity to create real, measurable impact together with our clients.
