What was your route into the Pharma and Life Sciences team at Strategy&? Having gained experience over five years in another consultancy working in Pharma, the decision to opt for the Pharma and Life Sciences Team at Strategy& came naturally. Right from the start, I was highly impressed by the team spirit at Strategy&. Before I started, I had the chance to get to know some of my future colleagues – that quickly convinced me.
What do you most value about working in the Pharma and Life Sciences Team? The diversity. The Pharma and Life Sciences Team consists of incredible people with diverse backgrounds – from business administration, engineering, and biology through to human medicine. For me, it is not only exciting to work in the Pharma and Life Sciences Team on account of the subject matter, but due to the many interactions with the enriching people in the team.
What was the moment when you knew that it was the right decision to go to Strategy&? For me, that is a highly personal story. When the war in Ukraine broke out and my family living there was threatened, I received massive support from my colleagues and the leadership team at Strategy& to help and to organize volunteer work for Ukraine. This togetherness at Strategy& is unique, and deeply moving for me.
