How was your way to the Strategy& Pharma and Life Sciences Team? I already knew during my interdisciplinary studies of technology (chemistry) and management-oriented business administration that I wanted to work in the healthcare sector. After a few years in a specialist Pharma consultancy focusing on operative data analysis, I was keen to work on broader strategic questions.
What do you most value about working in the Pharma and Life Sciences Team? Specifically, there are three things: 1. The diversity and short-term duration of the projects 2. An outstanding team 3. The freedom to pursue my own issues I really like working at the interface between the pharmaceutical industry and the field of diagnostics. Last year, during a secondment, I was able to support a diagnostic startup as it was being spun off from the research firm.
What was the moment when you knew that it was the right decision to go to Strategy&? I remember our first physical meetings after the pandemic very well. Strategy& is notable for a fantastic culture where I was very warmly received both in my Functional Practice (Pharma and Life Sciences) and in my Home Office community (Munich). All my colleagues have tremendous energy, which you can feel both on projects and at company events.
