How was your way to the Strategy& Pharma and Life Sciences Team?
I was already enthusiastic about the PLS practice during my internship, so I got directly involved in the topic of "Digital Health" after my business information studies. The mix of innovation and positive effects for patients, along with the relevance for healthcare, motivate me. Accordingly, in recent months I have quite naturally become a solid part of the Pharma and Life Sciences community.

What do you most value about working in the Pharma and Life Sciences Team?
I really appreciate being able to learn a lot. PLS tends to attract “exotics”, by which I mean that I am working a lot with medics, chemists, etc., who have completely different expertise to mine. It makes for a lot of fun, and enriches every discussion. Alongside this, I like the mood of openness. Everyone is welcome to have their say, and no questions are off-limits.

What was the moment when you knew that it was the right decision to go to Strategy&?Whether it is the regular ‘water cooler moments’ in the kitchen in the Frankfurt office, or the various discussions – there are many moments. Specifically, I was inspired by a workshop where we developed digital healthcare solutions. It was exciting to be allowed to share in the thought processes of various specialists, and at the same time to be able to contribute to this myself.
