What was your route into the Operations Strategy team at Strategy&? 
Having studied industrial engineering, specializing in chemistry, I was keen to join the Operations Strategy Team from the start. Since then, I have advised clients in Pharma and in the retail and consumer goods sector. In the Operations Strategy Team, I am an integral part of various initiatives, and I also support the Leadership Team under Axel Borowski, our Strategy& Operations Strategy Leader in Europe. 

What do you most value about working in the Operations Strategy Team? 
The Operations Strategy Team contains many experts, with widely varying backgrounds – from business administration to mechanical engineering. The combination of industry expertise and the collaborative way of working are much sought-after, particularly in Operations Strategy. If at any point you can’t see a way forward, a quick shout-out to the community is all that’s needed to find solutions quickly. 

What was the moment when you knew that it was the right decision to go to Strategy&?  
On my first day at work, I got to know many new colleagues who made my start easier and who inducted me into the Operations Strategy Team. Since my first Operations Strategy project, at the latest, I have gained not just colleagues, but friends for life – I could not have imagined a better start.
