What brought you to Strategy&’s Public Sector and Infrastructure Strategy team? I have always been passionate about political and societal issues. In the Public Sector and Infrastructure Strategy team, I can combine this interest with strategic work and help shape the future of government and infrastructure. At Strategy&, I have had the opportunity to actively shape my own path and consciously steer my development in this direction.
When did you know that joining Strategy& had been the right decision? From my very first interaction, I felt valued and experienced a genuine interest in my personal development. What particularly convinced me was the combination of professional excellence, strong motivation and mutual support. This impression has been confirmed time and again over the years. Today, many of my colleagues and I share far more than just our work.
What do you value most about working in the Public Sector and Infrastructure Strategy team? I am passionate about working on strategic questions that affect our society and shape public debate. We address topics that appear in the news every day and work with our clients to develop concrete responses. I particularly enjoy bringing together political and economic perspectives to help shape the continued development of the public sector and essential infrastructure.
