What was your route into the Financial Services team at Strategy&? 
Even during my studies, I developed a keen interest in the financial sector. However, I didn’t consider a permanent position with a financial group at that time. I wanted diverse project work, entrepreneurial creativity, and the chance to be in a young and motivated team. At Strategy&, precisely these opportunities were on offer, tied in with the financial sector. 

What was the most exciting strategic issue you have worked on so far?  
We identified new business models and opportunities for growth in the Chinese automotive market for a global insurance company. Colleagues from Germany and China from Strategy& and PwC were involved in the strategic analysis. It resulted in a joint venture designed, negotiated, and implemented with a Chinese car manufacturer to market insurance solutions. 

What was the moment when you knew that it was the right decision to go to Strategy&? 
Even in the the first few months, it was clear to me that I had made the right choice: My first project offered me an exciting issue, and a great team that encouraged my personal responsibility and valued my commitment. This context, in combination with a dynamic community which I was able to get to know better at the Running Dinner, “Wiesn-Besuch ”, and Christmas event and then help to shape, including beyond my project work, won me over.
