What brought you to Strategy&’s Public Sector and Infrastructure Strategy team? I joined Strategy& directly after completing my master’s degree in Disaster Risk Management. Following a generalist first year, it was above all the exceptional team and the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to society that drew me to the Public Sector and Infrastructure Strategy team.
When did you know that joining Strategy& had been the right decision? That moment came during a highly politically sensitive project. Together, we managed to resolve a complex situation that had reached an impasse. At the end, the client said to us: “We could not have achieved this without you.” This combination of close collaboration with our clients, strong teamwork and genuine scope to shape outcomes showed me that Strategy& was exactly the right place for me.
What do you value most about working in the Public Sector and Infrastructure Strategy team? What I value most is the opportunity to actively shape the future. We work closely with senior decision-makers on some of the most pressing challenges facing our country. It fills me with pride to later see the tangible results of our work reflected in the media and to know: We helped shape this at a strategic level.
